With our listed packages we use HD Cameras and high-quality 3CCD (3-chip) digital video cameras. We also offer the option to video tape with our High Definition Wide Screen cameras. Please inquire about additional production costs for HD filming and editing. Our 3-chip digital cameras are professional cameras with excellent CD quality audio. During your wedding ceremony, we always use a lavelier wireless mic, or if your ceremony location has an audio sound system we can go direct from their audio board to our camera; for the absolute best audio recording. All video footage is artistically edited and produced using the highest quality DVD encoding to ensure you get the best video possible... with DVD menu choices for your Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Formals Sequence, Highlights, and Reception.

Yes, we always bring backup equipment to ensure your wedding will be fully captured.
What do you do for low-light situations?
Our cameras capture excellent video footage even in low-light situations. It is rare that we ever need additional lighting during your ceremony. During your reception, we use a small, unobtrusive camera light for short periods during a shot.
Do you do interviews?
We do interviews if requested, of your wedding party and guests. If you do not specify that you want certain interviews, we may casually do some,
as guests will often approach us to record an interview.
Do you keep our wedding video footage for future copies?
We digitally archive and preserve all your edited files on DVD, and we store your original footage on the master tapes for life. As technology changes through the years, you may want an upgraded video gift for your 50th wedding anniversary.
Do you travel?
We are located in the Atlanta and Athens areas, and over the last 16 years, have been commissioned to video tape weddings all over Georgia, as well as out of state. Additional travel fees are based on distance and length of stay. Please contact us to discuss any travel arrangements.
What is you payment policy and how quickly do we receive our video DVDs?
We require a 1/2 down deposit to reserve your wedding date. Balance is due the day of your wedding. Our turn around time is usually two weeks. You can make payments by check or through our business PayPal account page. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Alternative payment programs are offered, if need be.

We always arrive prior to our start time. Start time begins at least 1/2 hour before the ceremony. After setting up in preparation for video taping the ceremony (which includes using a wireless mic), we immediately find the wedding parties and capture candid pre-ceremony footage: of wedding parties preparing for the ceremony, candid shots of any photo sessions, and shots of guests arriving. This footage has it's natural recorded audio.
We document everything... including nicely framed detailed shots for creating introduction photo-montages which are set to music. These stills include: Flower arrangements, the wedding program, the alter, bride's bouquet, reception hall table layout and close-ups, wedding cakes, guest book, gift table, etc... anything that makes for a good still.
Of course the entire ceremony will have it's natural recorded audio, from the wireless mic.
We candidly videotape your photographer's formals photo session, and create a video montage with transitions and music background of your choice. This becomes a separate chapter choice on your DVDs. As your phtographer is finishing your formals, we head over to the cocktail hour; to capture footage of your guests and get ready for your entrance into the reception hall room.
We capture all the highlights of your reception: wedding party entrance, first dances, any toasting, cutting of the cakes, bouquet and garter toss, etc... And many candid shots of guests dancing, sitting at their tables waving at the video, etc. We do videotape interviews with guests; however, if you specifically want interviews please let us know. Overall, we try to be an inconspicuous presence, so as not to impose on you and your guests. Some couples prefer not to have us do any interviews. If the package you choose includes us being there until the end of your reception, we of course cover the couple leaving their reception party.
As most everthing we shoot is good footage, you receive over 90% of all the footage. In editing, I create an opening photo montage set to music, add transitions between most shots, create the Formals video sequence set to music of your choice, and create the chapter choices for your DVDs... Instant access to Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Formals, Reception, and a Highlights sequence if this is part of your package. All DVDs have custom color printing directly on the DVDs.
